Contact form
We collect your personal data when you provide it to us of your own accord. The data you enter in our contact form (first name, last name, e-mail, telephone) to process your request or to initiate business will be stored as long as it is necessary for processing. Afterwards, the data will be deleted. Beyond that, there is no storage or processing.

Insofar as we request input via our contact form that is not necessary for contacting you, we have always marked this as optional. This information serves us to specify your request and to improve the processing of your request. Any communication of this information is expressly on a voluntary basis and with your consent. Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and agree to receive the newsletter. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to ensure that the newsletter is sent with your consent. In the course of this, the potential recipient allows himself to be included in a distribution list. Subsequently, the user is given the opportunity to confirm the registration in a legally secure manner by means of a confirmation e-mail. Only if the confirmation is received, the address will be actively included in the distribution list. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and offers.

Maileon is used as the newsletter software. Your data will be transmitted to XQueue GmbH. XQueue GmbH is prohibited from selling your data and using it for purposes other than sending newsletters. XQueue GmbH is a German, certified provider, which was selected according to the requirements of the German Data Protection Regulation and the German Federal Data Protection Act.
